Biography 🦋
Teè Leonie is a harmonious powerhouse celebrated for her eccentricity and captivating stage presence. The Westmidlands rising star, weaves smooth Rnb with her Afro-Caribbean roots and rich soulful vocals creating a unique, vibrant sound of which she utilises cleverly in combination with her composing talents to offer enlightenment via her conscious messages, inviting listeners on a journey to feel, heal, and thrive.
The Black Country artists influence in music derived from her mother and cousin Janet Kay, who always had artist such as Michael Jackson, Ms. Lauryn Hill, Erykah Badu, Aretha Franklin and many more within their home, this is where the inspiration for explore music was first initiated.
From a very young age, the talented singer-songwriter has been involved within the choir, orchestra etc, playing the violin, trumpet, flute, piano and is currently mastering the guitar. Currently, at University and successfully gigging and performing, branching from city to city and landing major milestones, having the opportunity to perform at Godiva Festival amongst artists such as Craig David. Not to mention securing a spot upon Wales, Reggae Riddim Festival alongside artists like, Luciano, Maxi Priest and not to mention her famous relative, Janet Kay.
The star states that she is at her ‘prime’ and it’s only a matter of time before all is revealed, there is nothing stopping this striving artist!
